Enikö Racz Szabo

I’m Enikö, and I’ve been living in Tyrol for the past ten years. I recently moved to Salzburg to pursue my Master’s degree in Social Innovation and am excited to contribute to the ICNM team. I am delighted to support such a dynamic and successful team, contributing to the smooth implementation of innovative projects that drive positive change.

My academic journey has always been fueled by a strong interest in societal transformation, cultural diversity, and community building. I wrote my BA thesis on “Building Social Cohesion: Exploring How Institutional Structures Contribute to a Sense of Belonging”, and participated in various mobility programs, which enriched my perspective on global networks and partnerships.

Beyond my studies and work, I volunteer for a network dedicated to fostering connections, creativity, and meaningful social change. This role allows me to help organize inspiring events and initiatives while connecting with individuals who share my vision for a more inclusive and innovative society.

I am passionate about creating spaces where people from diverse backgrounds can connect, exchange ideas, and collaborate to make the world a better place.
