Xhuana Spaneshi

Xhuana Spaneshi is a passionate human rights professional with a strong focus on children’s rights and youth participation. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Multi-level Governance from the University of Padova (cum laude) and has academic and field experience in EU law, minority protection, and civil society engagement, with a regional specialization in South East Europe. Xhuana has contributed to various EU-funded projects and workshops, including with Kinderbüro and Erasmus+ initiatives, and has a solid background in research, advocacy, and education. She is fluent in Italian, Albanian, English, and German, and brings to her work a mix of academic insight, grassroots involvement, and cross-cultural sensitivity.
