Marion Sauer – Democracy Project and Event Management

Marion is a cultural project manager with a background in art history and a passion for participatory formats and EU-funded initiatives. She has organized international conferences for the RDA, contributed as a journalist, and co-created the KultNetz career fair in Salzburg. Her expertise spans event management, outreach, and funding strategy – qualities she now contributes to ICNM’s cultural and digital projects.
