With dual Master’s degrees in Disaster Management and International Business, Katharina has worked across humanitarian aid, digital consulting, and emergency response – including with the Red Cross and the UNRWA in Jordan. Her experience spans crisis logistics, mental health coordination, and stakeholder collaboration. Katharina’s global perspective and structured approach make her a valuable asset to the ICNM team.
